Pros
the best reason to work here are the direct people that i with. the staff members are a very hard working group. i wish i could say the same for managment. We do have a good location and a good cafe. vacation is ok but i do not like the fact that i must take 7 working day off in a row just to met a MTA requirment.
Cons
i work a lot of long hours. i do not have a life outside of this building. each year there is a big turn over at bonus time. i have seen very big bonsues but not for the line workers.
