Very prestigious and focus on performance. The bank has a stable growth and compensation and welfare is good. People here are talented and very focused.
Cons
A little bit bureaucratic and lower level staff are not willing to voice their ideas or objections to senior management. Sometimes have to work extra hours to finish work.
