DBMC is where your career comes to die. No growth (learning or monetary) and no exit opportunities once you get the dbmc tag. Under the pretext of “management consulting” you will be given risk and remediation projects. All decent projects are given to the European teams and leftover work comes to India. The Mumbai leadership is the worst. Racism, spreading gossip, talking about people behind their back is a common practice and if anyone speaks up against it, they are conveniently pushed out. The team culture and morale has gone to the gutter and 50% of the team has quit.
