Pros
Great benefits, they are flexible and willing to work with you. Great people to work with. Everyone is friendly and are willing to listen to concerns. There is opportunity to grow within the company. Upper management is friendly! The collaboration within the company is one of the best I ever experienced in a company. People talk they don't yell and everyone is respectful.
Cons
They move people around within the company a little too often without letting anyone know or even that employee until the day before. They don't give you a choice to move to a different position, they just make it for you.
