Managing skills in this place is highly lacking, managers have no clue of how to run an operation, they just find themselves in a management position out of the blue. Feels like a constant war zone, everyone is at each other's throat to take their place (I know this is a common behaviour between employees, but the difference is in other places, these attempts get shutted down on spot, in here it's usually incentivised for people to do so and undermine each other and they get rewarded for it). One of the most insane turn over rates I've ever seen in my life, it's around 5 employees to get fired / resign in a month. For a company size of 70-100 that sounds crazy to me. General Managers for an American market customer service, that can't speak simple English and constantly needing someone to translate for them, at this point I'm not even sure how are they getting picked or based on what qualifications, as it doesn't end there, they also tend to lack respect for employees, inhumane, takes every breath you take personally and on top of that they don't know how to run a business, they just get employed for that role for whatever reason and get fired after a while, rinse and repeat the loop. No clear process or procedure, every manager and every owner has a different opinion on how to do things, and God forbid that you do something that doesn't align with one of them, you'll be called out infront of all employees and get a target mark on your back for eternity (which usually is until you get fired eventually). The worst part is, you don't even get a chance to defend yourself or clarify where does your action come from, one bad word about you to the ears of people managing the place (and they're all ears), and you'll find yourself getting yelled at without even knowing why. The place is really toxic, never trust anyone there, no is your friend, you will get sold for the tiniest thing (even if it's made up) so that a person can try to get some praise and recognition by climbing your back. Promotions in this place is like a clown fiesta, not much of a real fair competition, it's mostly based on personal feelings and interest (ex: being a good obedient lackey for the manager will get you promoted, Congratulations 🎊). Shout out to the people still living to Dobby's legacy "Dobby is free", as even Dobby has no master nowadays.
