Pros
It's a job. They always paid on time and the money was decent for the position. A few of the people that worked there at the same time as I did were capable, intelligent individuals, and genuinely good people, too.
Cons
The management was terrible. Nepotism ran rampant. There was constant drama in the office, especially on day shifts. Management sleeping with employees and other members of management, leading to favoritism and even more drama. There were even instances where I know at least one person would take money from drivers to give them loads with little to no wait time, skipping many other drivers. It was a pretty corrupt place with a high turnover rate for drivers and office staff.
