Pros
+Great place to learn how state-of-the art ML is being applied in the enterprise (they've got a nice roster of blue-chip clients, despite being around for 2 years) +Very high impact product and projects to stretch your capabilities +Impact focused with very senior customers (CEOs, CFOs, CIO etc) across a number of industries +Really high caliber talent. There are folks who find supernova in their spare-time (no jokes), work on self-driving cars, expert jazz musicians. +Very diverse. There are folks from all over the world (middle east, south america, asia, europe)
Cons
+Not a place where you can sit passively - you are expected to make opportunities, push new ideas and take risks +Lot's of ambiguity and challenging problems (can be good for some) +Heavily indexed on engineers and experts. (opposite of most startups, which can make it challenging for internal roles)
