Pros
The people dimension, I know it sounds like a cliché, but folks are honestly so supportive of each other. This is the place to be if you want to belong to a professional environment and to learn and grow - but also to make friends with other people from all over the world. Also, the client assignments and asks are complicated and ambitious, so tons of head-scratchers if that's what you're into.
Cons
Sometimes working with the parent company is difficult, the culture is very different to ours. But over the years, we're increasingly finding ways to make collaboration more seamless. But, the culture is different, and I guess it's also why we were acquired, there's a recognition that the way we do business is a winning formula.
