where to start? The ED is egotistical. Asks folks to come in on the weekends to help her get ready for interviews. How is that related to architectural work? Other directors (not board of directors) are helpless when it comes to the ED. Hands are tied and no one wants to step on toes. Pay is ridiculously low for a wealthy bay area nonprofit.
