Pros
Fast-paced, hungry group of people. Awesome culture. Picking up more work than competitors, and I think the positive culture of the company is part of that. People want to stay around, and the projects go well—the customers can see that, and they keep coming back.
Cons
Growing pains. Processes need updating, but there are a lot of efforts going on right now to do that, and they seem to be moving in the right direction.
