Great company to work for! - Principal C Design and Construct Employee Review

Working at Design and Construct has been the best career move I have made. I love to come into work every day. There is a great team environment and Management style. The workplace is modern and comfortable. There are great facilities and regular extra fun activities. There is a work life balance and you are rewarded well through salary and bonus schemes. The company is continually growing and great for gaining extra experience and training.

There are no cons for me.

From the outside looking in, it looks like a great company.

If you're happy being paid lip service by an MD who promises the earth, and delivers nothing, this is the company for you...literally, nothing he says he'll do, gets done - "i'll get back to you" is the normal response to any request for information - I'm amazed so many good consultants work there.
