Pros
Design House was the only job that would give me a shot with my limited experience. Not only did they give me a job when I had a hard time finding one, they gave me monumental growth in my experience and allowed me to move up in the company! My manager allowed me flexibility, gave me confidence and allowed me to do my job without micromanaging. While it differs from department to department based on management, you will find most employees have a large amount of flexibility and opportunity to grow and develop. The company experienced high turnover prior to my existence at Design House but in all cases of turnover- it was for a positive outcome. The new VP of Sales who has since turned into the President, is going to take the company FAR. Under new leadership there is no predicting where Design House can go. I hope it well in all of its new exciting adventures!

Old building that needs updating. People don't appreciate the little things- not all employers are going to feed you a huge meal every month, tell them thank you!
