No real cons, this company is fantastic. But it’s good to know moving forward that KPIs are not always easy to attain, and this industry has a lot of rapid changes to keep up with. But company is wonderful, they help you succeed, and if you are willing to put in the work, the reward is well worth it.

This company provides opportunities that allows you to be a part of several groups and causes as long as your willing to put in the work & show how you can contribute positively to the company. The benefits are great, there are lots of company events to enjoy. The education assistance is top tier compared to any other company I've worked for.

Hearing about how upper management talks bad about employees in meetings and uses that to stop people from going to different departments was dishearting and I hope that really wasn't the case.
