Pros

Good 401k match. Raises each year, although those have been getting smaller over time.

Cons

- Bad hires at the highest level have led to company infighting and a culture of blaming other departments. - Leadership often prioritizes short-term "fixes" over long-term strategy, so the problems never really go away. To the point where there really aren't any long-term goals or strategies. - Diversity is a core value, yet DMU moving to the suburbs where apartment rent is astronomical.
