Pros

If you'd asked me 6 months ago i'd have given you a long list of pros but honestly currently the only pros would be the pay and bonus structure compared to the actual job roll/responsibilities.

Cons

In the past six months, things have genuinely gone downhill. Management push too much for positive statistics and have proven that staff wellbeing is the least of their worries. There's a negative culture of fear and worry that has been created and its uncomfortable to be around.
