Pros
DNOP is a good company for LPN's and RN's who want to create their own schedule. Hours are mostly part-time. You can get full-time if you are willing to work for more than one client. The office staff and nursing supervisors are friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed them they were available.
Cons
Raises are not offered. Very little opportunity for skills advancement or skills training. Employee must keep their file up to date at the office. Hard to get full-time hours. No PTO, sick leave. If you don't work, you don't get paid. Still using paper charting.
