Pros
They pay well initially, but raises and bonuses are not good.
Cons
This is an extremely large organization run by a select group of partners at the highest level. They have a difficult time retaining C suite as it is impossible to run the business and make their demands a reality much of the time. That dynamic quickly trickles down to the lower levels.
