Hourly wage, full time position, the doctor and assistants are helpful. Does offer benefits.
Cons
Poor leadership, organization/structure and offers very little work life balance. You are overworked and expected to be the janitor as well. Spartanburg location lacks proper infection control. Extremely overbooked. Production oriented.
