Pros
Fast pace and repeating tasks which every task given is "urgent". Most are actually common sense and routine work, just require some speed in action + work like machines. Lots of dramas and politics around. High expectations from the head, but zero supports. Have few good team members but sadly only a few.
Cons
Incompetent head very demanding is a trouble, seed of chaos, keep on pressing us to deliver but provides no support or solution and refused to listen. Selfish leader who is bias, ignorant, abusing of power and keep pushing her jobs to the qc technicians. Micro-management, staff get watched like prisoners on cctv. Stressful and high workload, unbalance work-life, overworked staff. Employees are always unmotivated and looking tired. If your superior dislikes you, even you are diligent and doing no mistake, you will get dismissed in seconds without proper reason. Nothing good about this company.
