There's a good level of autonomy and the work schedule is flexible to an extent. The compensation package is excellent overall with great health benefits and generous PTO. Management makes a solid effort to recognize everyone's work contributions.

Since the company has grown rapidly over the past 2 years, at times the workload got hectic until the company was able to hire more staff to alleviate, which is not uncommon for a startup. Executive team is young which can be detrimental if looking for mentorship and growth opportunities.
