Good place to work - Sales Representative Dendi Employee Review

It's exciting to work for a company that is young and innovative relative to competitors in the industry. The team is fun, friendly, and talented. There's a good level of autonomy and the work schedule is flexible to an extent. The compensation package is excellent overall with great health benefits and generous PTO. Management makes a solid effort to recognize everyone's work contributions.

Since the company has grown rapidly over the past 2 years, at times the workload got hectic until the company was able to hire more staff to alleviate, which is not uncommon for a startup. Executive team is young which can be detrimental if looking for mentorship and growth opportunities.

Dendi is a smaller startup focused in health tech. This isn't the first startup I've worked at, but its my favorite so far. The environment is one where I feel I have a real say in things. I'm given plenty of opportunities to speak my mind, and it always feels like my input is valued. Dendi trusts me to make important decisions on my own, yet there's always someone available to collaborate if that's what I need. The pay is very fair and exactly what I would expect for my role and level of experience. The benefits are above & beyond what a company of this size would normally offer: unlimited PTO, great health plan, complete work from home, etc... They even offer a lengthy paid paternity leave!

There are a few growing pains that come with a younger, smaller company. But they aren't significant in my mind. It's a constantly evolving culture and getting better.
