      Pros

      The most positive thing for me was the company culture and how included and welcomed I felt. Occasional free lunches, foosball machine, mini bar

      Cons

      The somewhat downside is that because they are still a start-up, they may not have all processes in place just yet but, the amazing thing is that everyone makes up for this by taking ownership of the situation. For anyone who is not used to a start-up environment, this is something to note.

      Pros

      Demodesk is an amazing group of people. It's an incredibly diverse team from over 20 countries. They're doing some really cool work with establishing a few core global hubs, but also remote friendly.

      Cons

      We move at a very fast pace, which is tough if you're not used to startups. But most of us are here for that reason :)

      Pros

      I joined Demodesk 1 month ago and didn't have any regrets since then. What I love the most is that how diverse the team is, employees are from all around the world. From day one I felt super welcomed and I was getting all the support that I needed. Even though I started working remotely, the onboarding was handled very well. I love the product and our mission. There is so much opportunity for growth and success. Joining a start-up was definitely a right choice, there is so much to learn from the team. I am excited to put all my hardwork into the growth of this company.

      I started working remotely and didn't have a chance to go and meet the team in person yet.

Now that the covid pandemic is less prominent, we have implemented a new cadance that includes more face time (on-site onboardings, quarterly events, company offsites,...) in order to improve relationships and enhance your employee experience.
