Pros
For the most part they leave you alone at Demilec now that one bad apple is gone. The owner of the company is very intelligent and supportive to employees. Upper management is good but not excellent they are supportive and will do what it takes to help you complete a sale.
Cons
As said earlier there was one bad apple that worked at this company and almost ruined the image of a very good company. This is an industry that likes to product bash competitors instead of proving your product in the field. Coming from another industry I wasn't very impressed with how the commission structure was set up.
