Pros
- Great team. The product team is very strong. No weak links on engineering. Everyone worked at a top company (Google, Yahoo, etc.) and/or great engineering school. - Sales/Marketing team is able to do a lot with a little. Very disciplined and data driven. - People are fun, dedicated, and very capable - Communication. Management is very transparent and open. No games. Just straight talk with the employees. - Great product. Customers love the product. The company is very focused on customer satisfaction, ease of use, etc. A very 'apple' approach to building software. - Integrity. Management and team members are very honest and open. Employees feel management will do the right thing by them and take care of the team. Not a very political environment.
Cons
- Intense. High expectations. The people are top notch, they all expect a lot from one another as does management. Not a place to be if you was to coast or mail it in. Very competitive, not with one another but in the market. - Work/life balance. People here work hard. If you don't then you will stand out. You will work hard here, not because management is breathing down your neck but because everyone else on the team is working hard. - Small. Doesn't have the resources of some the competitors who raised more money.
