      Hard working (and under appreciated) employees who are willing to teach you Will learn a lot and obtain valuable experience

      Cons

      Managers have to manage CEO instead of the company No structure No focus CEO is incredibly toxic. Thinks threatening employees' jobs is the best strategy to fixing the many problems in this company

      Pros

      - Culture. Team is great, teamwork is highly encouraged. - Opportunities for growth. Management will PUSH you to grow instead of waiting for you to ask if you can. - Benefits are pretty good! - Overall company feel. Even though I can probably do better salary-wise, I don't know if I will enjoy the work as much as I do now.

      Cons

      - Pay, but that's to be expected at a small company like this and it's not too bad. Benefits also help offset this.

      Okay/decent pay, best to look elsewhere. Management is small and a lack of female employees/leadership and diversity. Out of touch.
