Pros

- Overall, the people are incredibly warm and welcoming. - I thoroughly enjoy having every other Friday as a half day (called Project Nation Days). - Strong autonomy. - Learning is highly encouraged and celebrated. - Many areas for growth and movement within the company. - There's a new(ish) CTO that is making exciting and positive changes. - Flexible work environment (remote). - Global/diverse community. - Employee recognition program.

Cons

- Because of long tenure, many employees have just "dealt" with un-professional personalities/attitudes; they're complicit. I have specifically been told/warned about certain colleagues (some even in leadership positions). I've received context/insights on how to approach these colleagues and in some cases have been told to try and avoid them all together (if possible). To me, this is a sign that employees aren't comfortable raising issues to HR or their managers about these individuals OR they have raised their issues and concerns and nothing has been addressed or resolved. This is my main red flag at the company. Simply because some is in an executive or leadership role does not mean every decision they make is the appropriate one. - Each product works extremely differently in every way. This causes silo's and lack of cohesion across Deltek products. <- large area of improvement which the company seems to be aware of (hence, new CTO). - ERG's could be more robust and active. The company as a whole should help these groups flourish (because there are so many great efforts happening here!). - Minimal parental leave policy. - Salaries have room for improvement to be really competitive.

Pros

Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

Cons

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

Pros

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Cons

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
