6yDeltek is committed to creating a positive environment in which our employees can own their careers and take advantage of our development resources from any location around the globe. The Sales Development Representative role is intended to be a position in which our employees are supported in cultivating their sales skills and honing techniques that add value for potential customers. To further this, we recently launched an advanced program to provide career pathing and further development. Additionally, we created new incentive opportunities for SDRs to make additional money beyond quota attainment. We believe these and other changes will help us achieve our desired team culture and performance, both in Portland and beyond.
