Unfortunately in other departments, employees are leaving within weeks of each other because some of management (not all) are abusing their power to ensure their own tasks are completed over what they require for their own employees.
Allegedly, I’ve heard the following from colleagues who left:
-Verbal Harassment, allegedly
-Workplace Bullying, allegedly
-Overworked (to point of exhaustion), allegedly
-Detriment of Mental Health from a few teammates, allegedly
-Inability to take PTO due to micromanagement and fear of a supervisor’s supervisor looking for a fault in a colleague of mine, allegedly.
-Lost PTO hours that were not paid out in full across a few departments due to lack of communication and keeping policy vague, allegedly
-Directors and Senior Directors taking advantage of one VP for their own benefit of improved bonuses for them over the health of the entire team, allegedly
