Great support from leadership and colleagues—there is always someone willing to help, no matter the challenge. Cons
As with any long-standing role, processes can evolve slowly at times, but the organization continually works toward improvement. Recently the strong sense of stability and trust has diminished a bit, due to necessary employment cuts, although we all know and understand why these tough decisions have to be made by management. They are never unreasonable.
