The company promotes a healthy work-life balance. I love the “Project Nation Days” where we get half-days every other Friday—it really helps recharge.

Good culture and supportive coworkers
One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
