Pros
Should I say they have a good culture when they use abusive language and misbehave because the Team Leader thinks you're "bro" or something? I don't understand how they got such high ratings. My advice is to think carefully before joining. If you care about your job, ask some former employees about their experiences.
Cons
There is no Job Security , I saw them fire really good working employees. They do not have reliable basic infrastructure. The food which is paid which is worse than free food. They do not provide basic things like an EPF account and there is no proper HR management as everything is handled by the CTO.
