Also, the owner has an open door policy so your voice really does matter here. You can suggest and collaborate new ideas, personally, I have experienced this first hand with the owner and management. The teamwork on my team and with others is unlike any experience at other companies I have worked at. We are all willing to help each other succeed.

It is a FAST paced environment, which may not be a fit for everyone. But if you are self motivated and a forward thinker this is the place for you to thrive. The sky is the limit from what I have seen on my team and other departments.
