On-call rotation once a month Multitasking answering phones Answering phones No Commisions on sales or upsells No incentives at all No budget for continuing education On the job training could be more thorough

There aren't many positives within this company. Except I can say it's flexible if you need to go to the doctor.

Hostile Environment No Teamwork No Accountability Boss is quick to place the blame on employees Told to lie to Customers No Support Their a group text that is beyond messy and awful to follow it's very unorganized. No training, so if you want no training and to figure it all out for yourself then work here. Excepted to know everything within the first couple of days of work like you have been there for years. Very closed minded You get an email account, but cannot use it for anything except for tickets and orders Has no time address customer issues it'll be days or weeks and told to just tell them their issue is being worked. Owner will tell you to keep it simple which will make customers mad. If you do your work it will never be good enough there will always be a negative comment Coming your way. Never appreciated. No room for Growth, just experience under your belt.
