Flexible schedule, my leadership are not on top of me.

They have a restriction on the amount of hours worked.

The company provides a lot of on the job training. The training is paid and required almost on a yearly basis. They keep up with employee certifications and expiration dates pretty well.

HR is not great about doing their job, following through and interpersonal skills could be improved. The pay is not great, but it is competetive with other agencies like this non-profit.
