Pros

- very smart colleagues, who are genuinely interested in their work - strong office culture with friendships extending way beyond the workplace - amazing global offsites which everyone looks forward to - flat culture, where everyone is encouraged to speak up - strong expertise & traction in the TMT space - good mix of various project types (mainly strategy but some implementation as well) - more 'stretch' roles at junior levels (at times due to staffing crunches) - attractive compensation package - better than MBBs at junior levels - more international exposure compared to MBBs - as Delta doesn't have too many offices around the world - 6-mth transfers to other offices are possible (contingent on business needs) - coaching culture and transparency has improved over time

Cons

- lots of travel - not suitable for those looking to settle down - staffing can occur on very short notice - harder for a smaller sized firm to manage its project pipeline

Pros

1. Delta redefined what Good Looks Likes to me. At Delta, I met some of the best consulting minds I have met in my career. Delta really pushes the thinking, more so than other companies. Delta take on some really challenging business projects. They are the best I have seen at data analytics. 2. Delta pay very well and are happy to pay large performance bonuses for those who deliver to a high bar. And, the bar is high.

Cons

We all worked very hard. The work was very rewarding, but there was a lot to get done and quality expectations were high. Don't go there if you are looking to cruise in your career, it's not going to happen. They have roots in Middle East consulting, which is a region known for its long hours of work for management consultants. This is a feature, not a bug
