Great work environment - Paid Media Intern Delta Growth Employee Review

I joined Delta Growth during the pandemic and it was an easy onboarding process. The entire team is very welcoming and management clearly cares, which is already more than you can say about most small agencies. They try to shield the team from crazy clients and I'm really grateful for it. The media team is particularly great and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in doing great work along with amazing people. Management is also pretty much pro-vax and I felt very safe every time we were working in the same space. In the end, I only left because I had the opportunity to work in a different industry that I was really looking forward to. Otherwise, I would still be happy at DG.

Some processes could be a little more flexible.

There is almost no cons to be honest. Any place you’ll work at has it’s pros and cons... if I need to say one is that, sometimes you need to advocate for yourself.
