Pros
I worked for Delta Group for several years and the first thing I wanted to share, was that the job was always exciting as every few days, I was always working on another case. I felt such pride in helping our clients, who are trusting us to help them spot fraud and uncover the facts about their insurance and worker's compensation claims. I learned how to become quite the detective over the years, while watching and editing hundreds and hundreds of files. The also took so much time to train me to succeed and my managers always made mistakes that I made a learning lesson. Unlike other companies I have worked with, have always seemed to have been looking for mistakes to make me feel bad or worried about losing my job. It feels so much like a family at Delta - with such an amazing diverse set of co-workers, from all walks of life. They offer time for you to workout in their gym, with an actual trainer, Zumba / Yoga classes as well. I have never met another company in my entire life that ever cared more about my personal life. When I say care, I mean a caring, which not only made me better at my job, but more importantly about my entire life. That being said - the most amazing benefit hands down - is the culture that was created by the family that owns this place. Weekly we would have lessons taught by the founder - where we sit for about an hour and learn how to communicate better, learn about leadership and how to overall be a better YOU! I will miss these the most!
Cons
Not a single one - as I never burn a bridge and left Delta with about a months notice to help them fill my position - due to a family emergency. I look forward to eventually moving back to Georgia and they said - I would be welcomed back!
