Flexible schedule, good dispatch team, great management team

Nothing in particular about the company. I left because the market is saturated with illegals and uninsured drivers that are accepting any pay for loads which is hurting the industry as a whole

Management is for the most part supportive.

Equipment can sometimes be lacking
