Pros
Great flight benefits, Alright health benefits. Profit sharing is good sometimes, but how much you get is dependent on how many hours you work.
Cons
They hire you under the guise you'll get full time hours, but what they don't tell you is that even though you're a "benefitted" employee they can't guarantee you'll get 40 hours a week. Which not only affects your paycheck, but your vacation time. They won't guarantee you 40 hours, but will still ask you to come into work early or stay late almost every day because they're always short staffed. This is how the company saves money. They don't have to pay you for a full week worth of vacation if they schedule you for less hours and ask you to work overtime. By the way, it's not considered full time until you pass 40 hours worked. This does not include any hours you swap or pick up from coworkers. So no matter what to get to Overtime, you have to pick up unscheduled hours by coming early or staying late depending on their needs. Again, these hours are NOT counted towards your paid time off/vacation. So it doesn't matter how many of them you work, you still only get vacation time based off what you win in the seasonal bid. This is how Delta scams their employees out of their time, overtime pay, and vacation.
