      -Good to have in your portofolio -People are not usualy fired -Good environment -Hybrid work (partialy remote)

      Cons

      -Low pay -Not much choise in what project/possition you will be in -No raise if you dont take multiple salesforce cetrifications per year (no time to do so is provided by the company). If there is no deceloper position open in a project you may end up working a something else.
