Great for the CV and your smaller teams will be good vibes.
Cons
You will be expected to put in the time to do things on top of your regular work load in order to prove yourself for a promotion and you will be expected to work late hours in busy season. The pay sucks when you start out and there are no bonuses unless it's after 3 years working there even if you are doing the same work as managers.
