Bad team management in audit department To much work for not enough employees - overtime and stress guaranteed. Team planning and structures are worst and there is no proper guidance or help within teams. Senior managers or managers dont know the processes and when you ask for help or guidance no answer. Terrible work/life balance - They need you to sell your soul to them and live in the company. This opinion purely about the audit department. AVOID IT.
