      Fairly bureaucratic, slow-moving design processes. Interns are given some tedious tasks that improve QOL but may not build very many skills.

      There are truly some really smart, wonderful people there

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity, no leadership training (and it shows), they only promote those who plan on being there for life, lots of micromanagement, upper management can be extremely hostile and offensive and will get away with it.
