Leaders don't walk the talk Very poorly made decisions like layoffs every 2 months without any information analyzed previously making the decision, but more letting go people just because they are not puppets following in what the "captains" order The "captains" just make arbitrary decisions and there is a lack of alignment between them, instead of focusing on the strategic plans they just focus on small things instead of empowering teams and making sure a productive and agile culture its cascaded, the opposite happens where a not healthy culture its cascaded . People just don't give feedback, there is a lot of gossiping or backstabbing. The values just stay as a good intent, as nice words on a wall not the day to day culture.
