Pros

#Please_Note - My luck was good, as I was assigned under a best Project Manager through which I can able to continue there.. He was really helpful in learning and growing and I really send best wishes to him…

Cons

Honest Review The company has been around for 10 years, but that doesn’t necessarily mean growth or stability. Some companies shut down, some thrive, and some just sustain—this one falls into the last category. From what I’ve seen, it operates more like a freelance setup rather than a structured organization. There’s no clear strategy, and leadership lacks a proper execution plan. The CEO is not rated as a strong leader and struggles to adapt to the evolving industry. A major issue is the constant shift in focus without long-term planning. For example, when .NET technology was booming, they hired specialists, and everything seemed fine. But as soon as they stopped getting clients, they shifted to another technology. While learning and growing are essential, it doesn’t make sense to ask a .NET expert to work on no-code drag-and-drop tools and Excel sheets. If an employee refuses, they’re either pressured to resign or threatened with termination instead of being given a proper experience letter. In any workplace, some leaders rise from toxic environments to build something better, while others recreate the same toxicity. Here, a minor two-week conflict can erase years of hard work and contributions. Is that true leadership? In my case, the company lacked proper HR documentation—no appointment letters, incomplete records on the HR portal, and arbitrary terminations. When I decided to resign, I reached out to HR for clarification, and I was told that I could either serve a two-month notice or pay the buyout amount to leave early. When I formally requested serving one month and a buyout for next month, the CEO denied it, despite the absence of proper documentation. Later, when I was questioned on this, he suddenly agreed to release me early, but even after accepting my resignation, he wrote negative remarks about me in my experience letter. Despite being the only designer, delivering all projects on time, and even receiving a salary hike within six months due to my performance, I was still treated unfairly. Their claim that my role was critical contradicts the fact that their design work continues smoothly even after my departure. This suggests that my early exit was pre-planned and aimed at harassment. The leadership has no transparency, and the unprofessionalism extends to internal communications. I have all the proof to back up my claims, including emails, calls, and messages. If you’re considering joining this company, don’t be swayed by its 10-year existence. A company isn’t defined by how long it has been around, but by how it grows and treats its employees. In my experience, this place lacks true leadership and professional integrity. Think twice before making a decision. Please Note - This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I’m not here to promote anything positive or negative—just sharing an honest perspective. I can prove every point with evidence.
