      Pros

      You can't do overtime. If it does happen you get it back as extra holiday.

      Cons

      Everything is timed by the minute. If you have 3 minutes short on your working hours in the month you have to sign a paper that you get 3 minutes less pay. Salary and workload is very unequally ditributed. No more paid breakes.
