Pros
Fun work environment and a lot of attention to details and emphasis on knowledge of food and wine.
Cons
The company grew and started to feel like the owners didn't care as much about the staff as they once had. It seemed like the owners had a difficult time retaining good managers. The GM was great but lower level managers were overworked and probably underpaid and many seemed inexperienced.
