The ability to learn on the job and from those around you is a cornerstone of my time at DCS. The enviroment, the team, the ability to grow and get into new challenges, fantastic. Due to personal circumstances my time came to an end to quickly. Highly recommend speaking to Ricard and the team if your looking for a role to challenge, where you can push your career forward.
Cons
I honestly can't say I had any negative experiences. The enviroment alligns with the person, if you want to learn, if you want to make a difference, if you want to grow, then its for you, its a small growing team who really care.

This review does not reflect the culture or standards at Delaney Computer Services. We maintain high expectations for technical competency, professionalism, and accountability because our clients depend on it. Not every candidate is the right fit for the role, and situations like this are the reason our hiring and performance standards are in place.
We stand by our team and the environment we work hard to maintain. We wish the reviewer well, but this characterization is inaccurate.
Access to Cutting-edge Technology: Being at DCS means I'm always at the forefront of the latest in cybersecurity and IT solutions. This keeps my work exciting and ensures I'm continuously learning. Collaborative Environment: The DCS team is its greatest strength. Working alongside dedicated professionals fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
Cons
Small business clients can be frustrating to support at times, and working in a small company is much different than working in a large company, so the staff is like a small family. With that said, family isn't always perfect, but at least they take care of you. The CEO is a great person but can be grouchy at times, which can stress you out, especially if you're a bit younger, but that comes with the territory in a small business, and at the end of the day, he's always been there to help me out when I needed personal favors and guidance.
