- Management doesn't know what they're doing in terms of tech or HR, extremely messy - Management makes up rules as they go, then changes the rules again - Management actively works against you, rather than work with you, they don't trust any of their employees - Management yells at you frequently, sometimes in front of others - Management encourages bad workplace environment between employees - Management calls you at random times of the day instead of same time for scrum everyday; then they blame you if you didn't pick up or try to dock your pay - Micromanaging - Nepotism
