Pros

Flexible working hours, remote working (from site) and supportive ecosystem, reliable team, comperhensive insurance plan (BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, Private Insurance)

Cons

Strict policies, minimum to none yearly salary increment (unless promoted), challenging to earn full-time employment status, long working hours during peak season (many on going projects with similar due date deadlines)

Pros

I've been here since I graduate college and it is a good and quite steady place to have your first job. The working hours is 9 hours with 1 hour break, but in reality it is quite flexible depends on which role your position are and what project or task you're currently doing. I might be biased but I have been given a lot opportunity working here. I started as Designer >> Senior Designer >> Trainer >> Expansion designer that handles showroom expansion. There's annual bonus for employee with good track record. The dynamic between employee is quite healthy (again depends which team are you in) but overall you'll make a decent networking by being here, if you socialize enough.

Cons

Is working here a good experience? Overall it's an averagely neutral, the best experience I get was from my teammate and the interesting project I get to worked on and build my portfolio off of it. But the upper internal managements seems to look down to the backliner role and rather prioritize and rewards the frontliner sales role even though the lack technical knowledge and skills.
